Perfect Workouts For All Fitness Levels
Our water aerobics classes are fun, beneficial and appropriate for all fitness levels. We offer three different aquatics classes: Shallow Aquatics, Deep Water and Aqua Aerobics. One of these is perfect for you.

Shallow Aquatics: 45 minute classes meant to help improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and posture.

Deep Water: 45 minute classes using buoyancy belts and water weights. Deep water allows for total submergence with no impact. It is meant to help improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and posture.

Water Aerobics: Touted as excellent way to use all of you muscles in one workout, water aerobics is a fun and different class! By using the water as effective resistance, you can get a great workout without the impact on your body. A variety of resistance equipment can be used to increase the intensity of the workout. Both deep and shallow water options provide you the ability to increase cardiovascular and muscular fitness.
